[pct-l] Recharging electronic devices while out hiking

The iphone pulls 5 watts when connected to its AC charger, but will also
charge at 2.5 watts when connected to a computer via USB.  A Kindle, and
most other smartphones, has the same dual-mode charging circuitry.  2.5
watts (.5amp @ 5volts) is the USB spec ...if you have a device that can
charge via a USB cable connected to a PC, the PEG can charge it.
