[pct-l] giardia/water

Brick, you're absolutely right. I forgot to mention that I didn't see another person my entire hike until I got to KM, and did always use hand sanitizer before getting into my own food. Therefore, I think my giardia came from water.

That assumes you got the giardia from the water.

The point of much of this discussion is that despite the warnings
propagated by the Filter Companies, the most likely source of Giardia
is OTHER HUMANS, not the water.
