[pct-l] 80 lbs

I think Ned has more than adequately "justified" and discussed his 80+ 
pound pack. The pack contained what he needed for that trip and the 
purposes of the trip.

I don't follow some of Ned's choices when I go, nor do I follow some of the 
ULer's either. I've had long exchanges on this list about hiking speed and 
daily distance covered. I don't care to resume those exchanges.
