FYI: Manyon Ed, Crash and I will meet Friday, November 12 at 1100 at Tom's Farm just off I15 between LA and San Diego.  We will meet Warner Springs Monty to give him some excess gear for his backpacking classes and those who cannot afford gear.  If you want to join in, just show up.
