[pct-l] halfmile maps

I took the waypoints from the halfmile maps and removed all the points
EXCEPT road crossings and resupply points.  You can upload these files to
any GPS (such as a TomTom).  The names of the GPS waypoints will match those
on your halfmile maps exactly.  This way you can easily meet up with each
other at any road crossing you like.  You can get the waypoints here:
