[pct-l] New fire rings

Not just your opinion - it's also USFS policy - not to mention "no trace"

Please don't build fires while hiking the PCT - anywhere - unless it's an
emergency.  Little fires over the decades scar the earth and each adds to
our impact on the wilderness.  Just my opinion...
