[pct-l] Ground cloth

You definitely don't need one. I do carry a polycryo groundsheet from
gossamergear.com for cowboy camping, though because it's really cheap and
only ways 1.5 ounces. Easier to deal with than unpacking the tent to use the
fly as a groundcloth.
