[pct-l] Leaving with the herd

with the herd effect on supplies at mt laguna and warner springs right after
the kickoff. i imagine that they wipe it out pretty good. Any comments from
past experiences would be great. My current strategy was to just pick up a
few things in these places.

Keep in mind that many in the "herd" will be picking up resupply boxes at
Laguna. Many more will have carried too much food and there will be two or
three boxes full of discarded hiker food at Laguna - not all of it
identifiable of course.

Warner springs resupply is a tiny gas station, very limited selection.
