[pct-l] Southern CA Section E safety

I think that the biggest danger is the Vortex that you will run into about
30 miles out of AD. The Casa de Luna will suck you in....

I don't think that it is any more dangerous than other southern sections
though...Except maybe for night hiking...saw plenty of snakes after dark...
