[pct-l] Warner Springs Ranch in Escrow

I am on the Board of Directors for Warner Springs Ranch.  As someone else
mentioned, the Pala Tribe has historic ties to this property, and this is
the primary motivation for their purchasing it.  They have told us (i.e.,
the representatives of the current owners) that they intend to maintain the
property as a resort much like today.  They have also stated privately and
publicly that they have no intention to put a casino at the property.

Bottom line -- high probability that Warner Springs will look much the same
to PCT hikers for many years to come (no guarantees, of course).
