[pct-l] It Kinda Sucks

I just remembered a great story from last year.
I had just delivered Shootout via Kayak to the far side of Big Bear Lake so he could slack-pack the trail back to the hwy (Cougar canyon? I forget).
Anyways Shootout wore a navy blue shirt his Yellow PCT bandana and a sort of Round Brimmed hat.. Very distinctive(Of course shorts as well.. Crikey!).
So Shootout walks up the beach as I paddle away and finds I have delivered him into a locked and gated private community. There is no way out for him! HeHeHe! 
He finally enters the office and asks to be "released".
Despite his plea the lady keeps asking " where did you come from" and "What are you some kind of Civil War Re-enactor?" 
The whole time he said the head honcho was busy on the phone but eyeing him suspiciously!
At last the lady let him out and he quickly departed the "compound".
LOL! Civil War Re-enactor!
What could he say? "No Maam, I swam here from Mexico!"
Hey, Seriously once you grow that big scary beard and get all smelly Nobody is gonna question your choice of a pink bandana!
