[pct-l] Hard returns [OT]

This is test number one of automatic sentence wrapping on the pct-l
archives.  The first post of this test, using MS Outlook, is with HTML
format selected.  The second test is with plain text format selected.
If the first test (HTML format) scrolls beyond the right margin and the
second test (plain text) does not, then choosing plain text would seem
to be the solution.  If the reverse happens, then choosing HTML format
would seem to be the solution.  If both are the same, then back to
square one.  Is this long enough??
