[pct-l] 2009 PCT Migration Updated

I just updated the 2009 PCT thru-hiker migration data.  I included the data from Skykomish (mile marker 2476) which was recently provided by Andrea Dinsmore.  The recent data agrees with the trend I presented earlier at HikeThru.com.  Below is a direct link to the updated data.
