[pct-l] Fwd: Blow Downs by Castella

After hiking south beyond Ash Camp toward Grizzly Peak, No Trace and
Unbreakable, (almost literally) limped back into The Hideaway upgrading
their original blow-down,uprooted tree estimate to at least 400 to 500.
Included is a photo they took...they said it just went on and on.  Billy
Goat, who was with them for the trip as far as Ash Camp, then went around to
Burney Falls and started north to hopefully meet the other two, no longer at
least for the moment has the 'best looking legs on the trail'.  They need to
heal a bit more to regain that title...but No Trace, who also was hiking in
shorts, has got B.G. beat for the number of scrapes and scabs.  B.G. was
turned back by deep snow and dense fog...he followed a power line out to Hwy
89.
Ian...don't know where all this is in relation to Peavine Creek and the
other places Bob is planning to travel over soon.
