I agree about cleanliness and after cleaning use Neosporin Plus Pain Relief, Maximum Strength Antibiotic Ointment. Make sure it is the ointment and not the cream. Like a Vaseline base with triple antibiotic and a topical pain reliever. Also good for first aid cuts and scrapes.
I tried powder, but I generate enough perspiration to overcome powder.
