[pct-l] Sisters Wilderness, Umpqua hot springs

At the current time you could see snow above 6,000 ft elevation.
Umpqua Hot Springs is at least 20 miles off trail.   There isn't a trail 
from the PCT to the springs.  It would be a combination of trail and 
road-walk/hitchhike.
