[pct-l] Thru Hiker Trash

Water cachers are all volunteers who stock water out of their kindness. Many
drive several hours to do what they do. Usually you do NOT leave trash at a
water cache. There may be one or two where they have left a trash container
specifically inviting you to leave trash, but this is rare.

Besides creating extra work for the water cacher, trash attracts critters
that mess up the area, and just the presence of trash makes the area less
attractive.
