[pct-l] Campground shut after plague found in squirrel

I lost track of how many signs I saw last year at trailheads on the PCT warning that there may be plaque in the area.  They always used a picture of a squirrel.  I think most of those warnings were in NorCal.  The squirrels and I agreed on a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy on whether or not they were carrying and I slept the better for it.
