[pct-l] Trace of PCT in Google Earth

I'd like to add my .kmz to the list.  It includes the USFS line, all of Half
Mile's waypoints, and a bunch of information on 98 resupply points along the
PCT (including addresses, phone numbers, websites, and links to various
other things - like Best on the Crest reports, etc.)
