[pct-l] Freezer bag cosy pic or description

Hello:

I am curious to try the freezer bag method of cooking and have heard Erik the Black and others mention a "cosy" to put the bag in to rehydrate the food--Erik the Black said he uses duct tape, velcro and car windshield sunscreen material--but how is it shaped? Thanks.
