[pct-l] Toothpaste

I used baking soda. Very lightweight, Leave No Trace, and easy to use.

However, I did have a fair amount of gum recession by the end of the hike. 
I'm not sure if that was due to not rinsing enough (baking soda is a mildly 
caustic base), or to scrubbing too vigorously (without foaming or mirror, 
maybe I scrubbed harder?).
