The reason why I claim "I don't know" and refuse to speculate is
that we are talking about a cycle and not a wheelchair.

I don't pretend to know if this impacts the issue or not..so why ask the
people who can give a definite answer as opposed to Internet blather? :)

As this site indicates, the wilderness reg indicate a 2ft wide corridor, the handcycle is three footwide:
