Easy Homemade Peanut Butter

Making peanut butter is so easy you'll wish you had thought of this
before. You can also make other butters out of cashews and walnuts, a
little salt and some oil for glide.

2 cups roasted peanuts (unsalted is best)
3 tsp peanut or canola oil
1/2 tsp salt (if using salted peanuts, omit the salt)

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixture is
creamy and easy to spread. If needed, stop blending and occasionally
scrape the sides of the bowl.

Store in a jar or container labeled with name and date. Keep in the
refrigerator and stir occasionally.

Makes about 2 cups

"full of artery clogging trans fats..."  ??

I'm not saying that it isn't better to look at sources like "once
again" and justin's; I'm just saying that accuracy and reason are
better than inflammatory statements.

(Special thanks to the person who posted the Once Again link, http://www.onceagainnutbutter.com/
I'm going to see about their stuff!)
