[pct-l] Whitney Permit

Miner is correct on this.
This issue is made more confusing however, because if you call Inyo
National Forest they will insist a PCT hiker needs a permit, or at
least the did last year. But the fact is Mt Whitney is in Sequoia
National Park and a PCT hiker approaching Mt Whitney from Crabtree
Meadow never enters the National Forest, so a permit from the National
Forest is not needed.
