[pct-l] Butter Powder

Powdered refried beans + water + powerdered cheese + oil sounds interesting.
Has anybody tried to dehydrate or freeze dry tortillas?
If so, I won't be able to use my addiction to Taco Bell as an excuse not to go hiking.
