[pct-l] water at Carter Meadows

The Guide Book says that you should only have to go a mile to a mile  
down Carter Meadow trail and possibly another 1/2 mile down a logging  
road to find water and campsites

Not quite right on the mileage. It's about 1/2 mile to water and camp site. The actual meadows in further along that trail.  No need to go that far.
