Subject: [pct-l]...	list of resupply 	locations. 
And in another unrelated question, where can I find a list of all resupply
points on the trail, with mailing addresses, in a single document? I'm
familiar with the excellent Plan your hike page, but I seem to remember
seeing a printable document somewhere that had all the addresses in one
place.

The ThruHike.com site has a list of resupply addresses on a single page
(http://hikethru.com/about-the-pct/resupply-information). You can copy the 
information out of the browser and paste it into a spreadsheet program for
additional formatting options. Be sure to double check the information before
sending to a resupply point. For USPS locations go to www.usps.com. Click on the 
"Locate a Post Office" link at the top of the page. Enter the city and state of 
the post office and you will be taken to a page giving you the physical address, 
a small map and the business hours.
