[pct-l] Fishing / POCKET FISHERMAN ?

Sounds like fun.

Reminds me, though, of a SNL skit of years ago where they spoofed a TV commercial of the time advertising a product
called "Pocket Fisherman." The skit showed some camper / hiker pulling what was supposedly a "pocket fisherman" out
of his front pants pocket.. but instead it was a full sized pole which was dangling all the way down to his ankle under his
pants.

i carried one through the sierra in 2005. most lakes were literally a
fish every cast, though most were brookies too small to eat. i did
land several 14+ inch rainbows at several spots. i would highly
recommend carrying one, especially through the sierra. loads of fun.
