[pct-l] Sand To Snow National Monument

Am I the only one who didn't hear about the new proposed Sand to Snow National Monument?  It covers the PCT from the I-10 north towards Big Bear.  While there are a few things in the overall bill that I'm not so sure about, I like the additional protection of the PCT corridor in that area.
