[pct-l] Minimum pack size/volume - Exchanging Pack

This was very important to me. I bought a pack from Gossamer Gear that  
was not big enough for my gear. GG let me return the pack and exchange  
it for another. I don't remember if there was a restocking fee. I  
think not. Great service.
