[pct-l] Temperatures in Section A in early March

If it is not actively snowing in the Lagunas early March is probably the
best time of year to do section A. All of the streams are flowing so
water is not a issue. Mountain temptress can be in the twenty's at
night, but the desert section is also cooler. Most of the faucets are
turned off and the water caches are empty but again, all of the seasonal
streams are flowing. Any snow in the Lagunas melts fast. This is not
true however in section B. So make sure you plan on exiting the trail
by the Palms to Pines Highway (Hwy 74). After that, you enter true
winter conditions.
