[pct-l] section d closures

Parts of the section D might be still closed next year. I understand from Donna
S that the forest service and the PCTA are working on this right now.
As of right now, the section from lone pine canyon to blue ridge is closed, as
is the section from Islip saddle to Acton.
were waiting to here from PCTA and forest service about how they are going to
handle this.

i heard some parts of section d(angeles forest) might be closed this year. the
forest website dosnt  mention anything about it. any info?
