OK, let's see (taking notes)...

1) females are for working
2) males are only for sex

Got it!  ;-)

Now, to apply it!!!!  :-D

Also, you should treat the females with respect and keep your distance  
until you are sure you are safe because you never know what will piss  
them off!  (Bees too!)
