Sounds like California can't really afford anything. Just like a small
business going broke except on a huge scale. If you don't got the money to
pay the bills....you don't got the money. Maybe the question should be
.....why don't they have the money ? Why do they have a lot less money
coming in to their bank accounts ?? On a smaller scale..........if they have
1 million dollars coming in.....and have 4 million in monthly
bills.....where do they cut ?? I feel in this financial day and age we all
need to get a little more realistic. $350 million loss from no parks is a
drop in the bucket for the state. I bet the State has a lot bigger fish to
fry.

There is no entitlement........for anything.
