[pct-l] Fire Restrictions SoCAL Section B, C & D

There are new fire restrictions in place immediately in SoCal San Bernardino Forest.  Those affecting PCT hikers are that using of Pepsi Can Stoves (since the fuel is not pressurized) is illegal.  Also those few who have yet to kick the smoking habit will have restrictions (3 ft radius free of non-flamable matererial).  Both of these would be tough to enforce --- but Be Aware ---- your choices could affect many lives and perhaps be VERY costly - both personally, corporately and to the environment.
