[pct-l] Water at Cottonwood Creek Bridge. Mile 534

The faucet still isn't on at Cottonwood
Creek Bridge at mile 534, but
I've been  re-supplying
the water cache there. 
  Yesterday the 18th
of May, I put out 35 gallons, 
and will continue keeping
up the cache until
the faucet is flowing again.
