[pct-l] Trail Crest to Whitney Portal/ Lone Pine

As Bob says in his email, the biggest consideration will be the 5,200
foot climb from Whitney Portal back up to Trail Crest. My free Section
H map that you can download from http://www.pctmap.net/ includes a
page of this area, including Whitney Portal.
