[pct-l] bad log

My wife (Jollylopper) has been hiking southbound from Agua Dulce to 
Anza.  She ran across a bad log between mission creek and heart bar 
creek.  She says it is impassable to equestrians on a narrow, steep part 
of the trail.  It is in the burn area.  There is a steep gully or 
washout on the north side of the log
