I did some searching on Postholer (awesome site!) and found Sarah and
Mikey:

They are in a similar day range to Jake&Sarah.
They had a SPoT marker in Idyllwild on May 5th and one north of 10 fwy
on May 8th. They had their most recent SPoT on May 15 (this morning)
a ways west of the 15 fwy.
They had one in Big Bear on May 11.
I own a SPoT and yes, they can be finicky about when they connect AND
the blinking LED interface can make you _think_ you sent a OK message
when you did not. I usually wait a LONG time and send more than one.
This is part of why, in my earlier posts, that I warned against using
the SPoT device if what a hiker _really_ wanted was a distress
beacon. (I will still carry my SPoT on the trail or my Mom won't let
me go - I'm going to be 49 soon! ;-)
Hopefully, they are fine and hammered at the Cabazon Morongo Indian
Casino, sitting by the pool and treating their sunburns with Margaritas.
