[pct-l] thief in Julian

So I was reading the trail journals and one guy named Bill Chavez  
mentioned that a guy who gave him a ride to (or from?) Julian seemed  
like he was hoping to steal his backpack. Later I read on postholer's  
site a guy named Matthew Willison who did have his backpack stolen in  
Julian. Just a little warning for those yet to pass by that there may  
be a problem in the area. And of course, thievery can happen anywhere.
