[pct-l] Wrightwood - Recommend Inspiration Point

I second Diane's recommendation to hike on to Inspiration Point then 
walk or hitch to Wrightwood.  Yes it's a tough hitch on this 
little-traveled section of highway, but it's a gentle walk.  Within a 
few miles you come to the ranger station.  It has a nice restroom across 
the street where you can wash some of the trail grime off to give less 
offense on coming into Wrightwood.  The real benefit comes when you hook 
up with one of the many trail angels in Wrightwood and get a ride back 
to the trail at Insp. Point instead of walking all that way back up the 
Acorn Trail with a full food bag.  Check the register at the hardware 
store.  I found Wrightwood to be very hiker friendly and a delightful
