[pct-l] Too late for Canada permit?

Hey all,

I plan on starting my thru on or around KO, but totally spaced on the Canada permit. On the PCTA website it says to send the application in 3 months prior your start date. But would it be possible to just send it in now and have somebody mail it to me on the trail when it comes in? If all else fails I can just end my hike at the border..
