[pct-l] Panama Finishes Monument Today

Finished patching and painting monument today and covering up all the  new 
foot prints. Oh well, looks like I will touch up every Kickoff.  Looks  like 
only five pages left in trail register. I forgot the new one. Hope it holds  out
