[pct-l] Maps

You can get pretty accurate tracks from  a consumer GPS like a Garmin
GPSMap 60Csx. It should be accurate to about 50 feet which should be
plenty accurate for a hiking map at the scale a thru-hiker would use.

It would be interesting to know what trail data Erik used.
