[pct-l] Maps

Considering how quickly maps were produced for the PCT, I am sure a CDT-esque one could be done as well.

It took several years to do a Colorado Trail set... I'd just like to know how the PCT ones were does so efficiently ???

I am bit of map geek. So, I am curious.
