a good option for camp shoes is building a pair of flip-flops out of some sturdy insoles. You just need to add some cord or flat webbing to go over your instep or through your toes (Over the instep allows wearing traditional socks). They're hardly for anything else than camp wear but the weight penalty (very important as it's for something that's always on your back) is small, about 2 oz or less.
Another option is a pair of vapor barrier socks. They're just a waterproofed nylon sheet in the shape of a sock. Once in camp you can change into your spare, dry socks, wear the VB socks over them and then your normal (wet) shoes. The VB socks keep the wet shoe from wetting the dry socks. They also keep your perspiration in but for camp time (ie not for too long with no significant exertion) this should not be enough to significantly wet your dry insulating socks. Off the shelf versions of VB socks can be kind of heavy (2 oz for a Integral Designs pair I have) but you could use plastic bags instead.
