I bought a cookie sheet from the grocery store. You could get a  
roasting pan, too. I cut it to size with ordinary scissors, folded the  
edges over a little for strength and to avoid being cut when fingers  
are cold, punched a few holes with a hole punch and it works great and  
lasts.

I also made a lid for my pot to cut weight there as well. I first made  
one from the cookie sheet but then someone gave me some metal you can  
bend over and over again and I made it from that. Either one works.
