[pct-l] South Carolina governor skips work to go hiking

See, the wife didn't seem to perturbed by it. Several people around my
office have joked that that sounds like the perfect father's day!  I would
have thought he might have told the Lt. Gov. where he was going, but my
expertise is in the dusty, not politics...
