I use Sawyer's permethrin on all my outer clothes. Spray outside hanging up and let stand for a few days before using. It is alleged to be the same stuff BugOff uses but much cheaper. I treat hat and trail runners, too, not underwear. I used it here, Africa and Mexico. Seems to work well and endures many washings.~Uncle Jake
