[pct-l] California Section L conditions

Does anyone know current condition in California Section L, from Highway 80 
to Sierra City?  Has anyone been through there yet, or have any other 
knowledge of snow levels, creek crossings, blowdowns, mosquitoes, etc?  My 
wife and I are considering a four-day meander later this week, if conditions 
permit.  We're comfortable in SOME snow, but prefer not to cross-country at 
this point.
